Traci Logsdon is a mother, wife, and survivor of postpartum cardiomyopathy.

An experimental chef since the age of 3, Traci has whole-heartedly accepted the challenge of adapting to a low sodium diet and enjoys trying new recipes with her 4-year-old.

Born and raised in central Nebraska, she now lives in Arkansas with her husband, Darin, and two spunky daughters, Jael and Layne.
